CJ is a licensed broker with 7 years of commercial real estate experience. After high school he spent 2 years on a mission in Zimbabwe, Africa for his church. He resides in Gilbert with his beautiful wife of 3 years this November. They have 2 energetic boys, Bennett (21 months old) and Hayes (4 months old). For the last 5 years, he owned and managed a firewood company. He enjoys hunting, beekeeping, scuba diving and raising livestock – and is always up for anything that involves adventure or adrenaline.
Heather is our Senior Property Manager at Class Five Realty. With over 12 years of experience in property management, Heather has proven to be a reliable member of the team.
Heather holds a Master of Business Administration in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, minor in Creative Writing and certificate of Middle Eastern Studies. She is also beginning coursework to earn an RPA designation through BOMA; an organization she has been a member of since 2023. Heather also serves as chairperson for the Programs and Events committee at BOMA.
At home, Heather is a mother of two teen daughters. As a family they volunteered at the Arizona Small Dog Rescue and participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks annually in Tempe. The family enjoys taking in live sporting events and hanging out poolside with their two family dogs.
With over 35 years of experience in the property management industry, I bring a deep understanding of real estate operations and a commitment to excellence. Originally from New Jersey, I relocated to Arizona, where I began to pursue my passion for property management. I earned my real estate license in 1990 and became a licensed broker in 2000, allowing me to offer expert guidance and leadership in multi-family and residential management settings.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping residents feel comfortable and happy in their new homes. I take pride in creating welcoming communities and providing exceptional service that makes a real difference in people's lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching classic movies, gardening, stargazing, and learning about the vast universe that surrounds us.

The International Scale of River Difficulty is a rating system created by the American Whitewater Association as a means of comparing and evaluating the technical difficulty of rivers throughout the world: Class I: Easy; Class II: Novice; Class III: Intermediate; Class IV: Advanced; Class V: Expert
Our name, Class Five Realty, is derived from the highest level of technical difficulty in whitewater rafting. A Class 5 rating presents swift, powerful currents and at times long rapids that may include many obstacles, much like navigating the commercial real estate market. This is where our team's expert-level guidance, agility, and fortitude set us apart.
When whitewater rafting, knowledge of the rapid's characteristics is crucial, and having a guide with extensive training is essential, as the maneuvers can be very difficult. In real estate, that same caliber of expert-level industry knowledge, thorough education, mental fortitude, flexibility and agility to maneuver transactions is what distinguishes our team.
